Sales Terms And Conditions
Please ensure you have fully read and understood our terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. By placing an order you are accepting that you agree with REPC Ltd’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and agreeing to be bound by them.
1.0 General
1.1 The following terms and conditions (the conditions) apply to all sales of equipment, products and parts purchased via REPC Ltd’s online sales outlets, telephone orders and over the counter sales. Please therefore ensure that you have fully read and understood the Conditions before placing your order. By placing your order you are accepting that you agree to the Conditions and will be bound by them.
1.2 These Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice and will replace any previous conditions issued to you.
1.3 Your statutory rights are not affected.
1.4 REPC Ltd reserves the right to refuse to complete orders placed at our discretion.
2.0 Product Information
2.1 All products offered for sale are either, new and unused, used or REPC refurbished.
2.2 REPC Ltd will make every effort to publish as much information as possible about the equipment, products and parts available for sale. In the case of our online sales outlets this will include a photograph and description of the specification, dimensions, working order and cosmetic condition of each item.
2.3 Where possible actual images of available items will be provided, however, in some instances where multiple items are available we may use generic descriptions, images, photographs, specifications solely for illustration purposes. Please note the equipment, product or parts you purchase and receive may not necessarily be an exact match of the image advertised.
3.0 Payment
3.1 Prices advertised are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Orders will not be processed or dispatched until cleared funds have been confirmed as received in full.
3.3 All products remain the property of REPC Ltd until paid for in full.
3.4 Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect any orders that have already been placed and confirmed. Please note that you will not be entitled to any credit or refund in the event of a price reduction of equipment, product or parts after you have placed an order for that item.
4.0 Delivery
4.1 REPC Ltd will only deliver to a valid postal address. Please note that delivery charges may vary to those advertised depending on the location, e.g. non UK Mainland or international delivery addresses.
4.2 REPC will endeavour to dispatch purchased items within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payments. All items are dispatched using REPC Ltd’s approved courier service and should be received within 3 working days of dispatch (UK Mainland only). Please note that these are indicative delivery times only and may vary. REPC do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or any Bank Holidays.
4.3 Delivery will require a signature upon receipt.
4.4 Customers must notify REPC’s registered office within 24 hours of a delivery if any part of your order is missing, damaged or incorrect, otherwise delivery will be deemed to be complete.
4.5 REPC Ltd will not accept losses of any kind (to include, but, not limited to indirect or consequential losses) resulting from any delay in delivery.
5.0 Returns
5.1 If you think the item you have purchased is faulty you can return the item to REPC’s registered office within the warranty period with the original receipt. You will be responsible for returning the product to us, at your own cost.
5.2 Upon receipt of the item REPC will test the item to establish the fault. If the item is proven to be faulty and REPC’s liability, you will be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of the item as well as any reasonable delivery costs.
5.3 Repc Ltd may where appropriate replace or repair any faulty products or components with either new or refurbished products dependent on availability
5.4 If the product is not faulty or is not proven to be REPC’s responsibility, we will contact you to arrange its return. Please note we will only return the item once we have received the cost of delivery.
5.5 All software items purchased are non-returnable.
5.6 Customers have the right of cancellation within 7 working days of receipt of purchases. The items must be intact, in their original packaging and unused. Items returned by post will be subject to standard postal charges as outlined by the Post Office. If Repc Ltd incurs the cost of delivery of returned items, this cost will be deducted from the items refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5.7 REPC Ltd will not be responsible for any transit damage or loss for any item returned to us.
6.0 Warranty
6.1 Unless otherwise stated on your invoice and in addition to your statutory rights, all equipment and products are sold with a 90 day ‘REPC back to base’ repair or replace warranty or relevant manufacturers’ warranty.
6.2 REPC’s warranty is void if the equipment or products have been subject to, without limitation any physical damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, tampering, accidental damage by you or any other party.
6.3 REPC Ltd is not liable for costs for any unauthorised repair to products during the warranty period or anytime thereafter.
6.4 REPC Ltd is not liable for any data loss resulting from product failure during the warranty period or at anytime thereafter.
6.5 REPC Ltd does not warrant any software on any of the products.
7.0 Refunds
7.1 Full refund of the purchase price of items will only be made if the item is returned in the same condition as dispatched and is in its original packaging.
7.2 If Repc Ltd incurs the cost of delivery arising from returned items, this cost will be deducted from the items refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
