If you think the item you have purchased is faulty you can return the item to the REPC Ltd registered office within the warranty period with the original receipt. You will be responsible for returning the product to us, at your own cost.
Upon receipt of the item REPC will test the item to establish the fault. If the item is proven to be faulty and REPC liability, you will be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of the item as well as any reasonable delivery costs. REPC Ltd may where appropriate replace or repair any faulty products or components with either new or refurbished product, dependent on availability.
All software items purchased are non-returnable. Customers have the right of cancellation within 7 working days of receipt of purchases. The items must be intact, in their original packaging and unused. Items returned by post will be subject to standard postal charges as outlined by the Post Office.
Please note, if items are bought in mistake or found not to be faulty and are returned back to REPC Ltd, a 20% re-stocking fee will be incurred.
If REPC Ltd incurs the cost of delivery of returned items, this cost will be deducted from the items refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. REPC Ltd will not be responsible for any transit damage or loss for any item returned to us.
